These Terms of Service govern your use of miadelraybeach.com and the ground transportation services booked through it. The services are provided by FG Twelve LLC (“we”, “us”), 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA, operating as MIA Delray Beach within the TwelveTransfers network. By making a booking you accept these terms.
The service
We provide pre-booked, private ground transportation in South Florida, principally between Miami International Airport and the Delray Beach area. Every booking is confirmed with a fixed fare quoted before payment. Vehicles are operated by licensed, insured professional chauffeurs.
Quotes and fares
Quotes are generated from the pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time and vehicle class you provide. The quoted fare includes tolls, airport parking, meet and greet, standard waiting time (30 minutes after landing for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international, and 15 minutes at non-airport pickups) and luggage handling. Fares do not change after confirmation unless the trip itself changes - a new address, an added stop, or waiting beyond the included allowance, each of which is priced and agreed before it is applied where practicable.
Payment
Payment is collected through our payment processor at the time of booking or, where offered, at trip completion. We do not store card numbers on our systems. Gratuities are optional and at your discretion.
Cancellations and changes
Bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a charge of up to the full fare, at our reasonable discretion and taking circumstances into account. Delays to tracked flights do not count as late changes - we adjust the pickup automatically. No-shows without contact are charged in full; we will always attempt to reach you before treating a booking as a no-show.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Where you provide a flight number we monitor the flight and re-time the pickup to the actual arrival. Included waiting time runs from the adjusted arrival, not the scheduled one. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call the dispatch number on your confirmation before leaving the airport; leaving without contact may be treated as a no-show.
Passenger responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of booking details, for the conduct of your party, and for compliance with law during the trip - including Florida child-restraint requirements, which we support with child and booster seats on request. Smoking and open alcohol containers are not permitted in vehicles. Excessive soiling or damage to a vehicle may incur a reasonable cleaning or repair charge.
Luggage and belongings
Stated luggage capacities are honest maximums; please tell us about oversized items (surfboards, fishing rods, artwork, mobility equipment) when booking so the right vehicle is assigned. We are not liable for items left in vehicles, though found property is logged and dispatch will arrange return where possible.
Service limitations
We may decline or terminate a trip where safety, legality or the wellbeing of the chauffeur reasonably requires it, with a refund proportionate to any unperformed portion. Where events beyond our control - severe weather, road closures, port or airport disruptions - prevent performance, our liability is limited to a refund of the affected booking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, sailings or events, except where caused by our negligence.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. We would prefer you call us first - most issues are resolved by dispatch within a day.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
